Music by Jonatas

Jonatas is a music producer, bassist, and guitarist, he has been exploring sound ever since he picked up the bass 15 years ago. His journey really took off when he started playing with Twin Peets, an experimental funk-soul band. He began shaping his style and musical identity, together with GOIAS and Vetz.

Later on, he joined DEUSA, a Portuguese rock band.

In 2019, he moved to London, where he joined the band Ghost Arcadia. With them he explored the rock scene in London, especially in Camden Town. They recorded several singles, including one at the legendary Motor Town Studio in Liverpool.

Through countless jam sessions, Jonatas played and connected with artists and producers across different genres.

Along his music career he has been focusing on crafting Samples (music loops) consisting of soundscapes built from live instruments—bass, guitar, keys, drums, percussion—blending raw performance with production to create loops and textures to use, not only on his music production but also to inspire others. 

He has also joined Sea Studio as a sound designer, where he works on music and sound design for animation and film, adding another layer to how he approaches story telling through sound.
